Rosé Wine NO T’HO DIRÉ
To begin with, the varieties of this rosé wine NO T’HO DIRÉ include 100% Grenache Blanc. This combination of varieties offers a unique complexity to the wine. The Grenache Noir adds intense fruity notes, the Syrah provides a firm structure, and the Carignan adds a touch of elegance.
Basic Information
Winemaking
Each variety is processed separately to ensure full control over the winemaking process and preserve the unique characteristics of each variety. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, where daily punching and gentle pumping over are carried out to ensure a balanced extraction of color, aromas, and flavors.
Aging in Barrel
After fermentation, the wine is transferred to slightly toasted French Allier oak barrels, where it ages for 12 to 14 months, depending on the variety. The second-year barrels contribute a subtle integration of oak aromas without overpowering the fruity character of the wine.
Alcohol: The wine has an alcohol content of 14.5% by volume, providing a balanced warmth and a full sensation on the palate.
As part of our commitment to quality and the integrity of the wine, no filtration or clarification processes are applied. This may result in the appearance of small amounts of sediment over time, but it also preserves the richness and complexity of the wine.
Bottling and Consumption Information
Bottling
The production of this wine consists of 5,500 Bordeaux bottles from the Europa series. The corks are made of natural cork, measuring 49 x 24 mm. Additionally, the wine is presented in cardboard boxes of 6 bottles, with the option for wooden boxes of 6 bottles, featuring the PEFC seal, ensuring that the wood comes from ecologically and sustainably managed forests.
Consumption
To fully enjoy the qualities of the wine, it is recommended to serve it at a temperature of 16-18ºC. Before serving, it is advisable to open the bottle one hour prior and decant the wine to enhance its aromas and flavors. Additionally, using a Syrah-type glass will provide the best tasting experience, allowing the aromas to fully unfold around the nose and mouth.
