White wine NO T’HO DIRÉ

To begin, the varieties of this white wine NO T’HO DIRÉ are 100% Garnacha blanca. This unique variety gives the wine exceptional complexity, with intense and fresh aromas and flavors.

Basic Information

Winemaking

Each variety is vinified separately to ensure full control over the winemaking process and to preserve the distinctive characteristics of each variety. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, where daily pigeage and gentle remontage are carried out to ensure a balanced extraction of colors, aromas, and flavors.

Barrel Aging

After fermentation, the wine is transferred to lightly toasted French oak barrels from Allier, where it ages for 12 to 14 months, depending on the variety. Second-year barrels allow for a gentle integration of wood aromas without overshadowing the wine’s fruity characteristics.

Alcohol: The wine has an alcohol content of 14.5% by volume, which provides a balanced warmth and a sense of fullness on the palate.

As part of our commitment to the quality and integrity of the wine, no filtration or clarification processes are applied. This may result in the appearance of small amounts of sediment over time, but it also preserves the wine’s richness and complexity.

Information on Bottling and Consumption

Bottling

The production of this wine consists of 5,500 Bordeaux bottles from the European series. The corks are made of natural cork, with dimensions of 49 x 24 mm. In addition, the wine is presented in cardboard boxes of 6 bottles, with the option of wooden boxes of 6 bottles, featuring the PEFC seal, ensuring that the wood comes from sustainably and ecologically managed forests.

Consumption

To fully enjoy the qualities of this wine, it is recommended to serve it at a temperature of 16-18ºC. Before serving, it is advisable to open the bottle at least one hour before and decant the wine to enhance its aromas and flavors. Additionally, using a Syrah-style glass will provide the best tasting experience, allowing the aromas to fully unfold around the nose and mouth.

Complex aromas and very crisp. A dry wine with fresh citrus aromas like lemon, green apple, and notes of white flowers. Very flavorful and fresh on the palate, with a mineral and slightly bitter finish, perfect to accompany a meal. A surprising wine with a long and smooth finish.
